महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-253, verse-1

वैशंपायन उवाच ।
ततो दिशः संप्रविहृत्य पार्था मृगान्वराहान्महिषांश्च हत्वा ।
धनुर्धराः श्रेष्ठतमाः पृथिव्यां पृथक्चरन्तः सहिता बभूवुः ॥१॥
1. vaiśaṁpāyana uvāca ,
tato diśaḥ saṁpravihṛtya pārthā; mṛgānvarāhānmahiṣāṁśca hatvā ,
dhanurdharāḥ śreṣṭhatamāḥ pṛthivyāṁ; pṛthakcarantaḥ sahitā babhūvuḥ.
1. vaiśaṃpāyanaḥ uvāca tataḥ diśaḥ
saṃpravihṛtya pārthāḥ mṛgān varāhān mahiṣān
ca hatvā dhanurdharāḥ śreṣṭatamāḥ
pṛthivyām pṛthak carantaḥ sahitāḥ babhūvuḥ
1. Vaiśampāyana said, "Then, after roaming in different directions, the Pārthas — the best archers on earth — having killed deer, boars, and buffaloes, reunited, though they had been wandering separately."
