ततो मृगव्यालगणानुकीर्णं महावनं तद्विहगोपघुष्टम् ।
भ्रातॄंश्च तानभ्यवदद्युधिष्ठिरः श्रुत्वा गिरो व्याहरतां मृगाणाम् ॥२॥

Then Yudhiṣṭhira, having heard the words spoken by the animals, addressed those brothers of his regarding that great forest, which was filled with herds of deer and wild beasts and resounded with the cries of birds.
