महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-229, verse-25

एवमुक्तास्तु गन्धर्वाः प्रहसन्तो विशां पते ।
प्रत्यब्रुवंस्तान्पुरुषानिदं सुपरुषं वचः ॥२५॥

25. evamuktāstu gandharvāḥ prahasanto viśāṁ pate ,
pratyabruvaṁstānpuruṣānidaṁ suparuṣaṁ vacaḥ.

25. evam uktāḥ tu gandharvāḥ prahasantaḥ viśām pate
prati abruvan tān puruṣān idam suparuṣam vacaḥ

25. However, upon being addressed in this manner, the Gandharvas, laughing, O ruler of the people, replied to those men with these exceedingly harsh words.

25. כששמעו זאת, הגַנְדְהַרְוַה פרצו בצחוק, הו אדון העם, ואמרו לאנשים האלה תשובה קשה מאוד.
