महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-100, verse-21

अवध्यः सर्वभूतानां बलिश्चापि महासुरः ।
वामनं वपुराश्रित्य त्रैलोक्याद्भ्रंशितस्त्वया ॥२१॥
21. avadhyaḥ sarvabhūtānāṁ baliścāpi mahāsuraḥ ,
vāmanaṁ vapurāśritya trailokyādbhraṁśitastvayā.
21. avadhyaḥ sarvabhūtānām baliḥ ca api mahāsuraḥ
vāmanam vapuḥ āśritya trailokyāt bhraṃśitaḥ tvayā
21. And the great demon Bali, who was immune to death (avadhyaḥ) by all beings, was also dislodged from the three worlds by you, after you assumed a dwarf (vāmanam) form.
