महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-100, verse-12

एवं प्रक्षीयमाणाश्च मानवा मनुजेश्वर ।
आत्मत्राणपरा भीताः प्राद्रवन्त दिशो भयात् ॥१२॥
12. evaṁ prakṣīyamāṇāśca mānavā manujeśvara ,
ātmatrāṇaparā bhītāḥ prādravanta diśo bhayāt.
