महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-100, verse-19

त्वया भूमिः पुरा नष्टा समुद्रात्पुष्करेक्षण ।
वाराहं रूपमास्थाय जगदर्थे समुद्धृता ॥१९॥

vārāhaṁ rūpamāsthāya jagadarthe samuddhṛtā.

19. O lotus-eyed one (puṣkarekṣaṇa), you formerly raised up the earth, which had been lost in the ocean, for the sake of the world, by assuming a boar (vārāham) form.
