महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-100, verse-14

केचिदत्र महेष्वासाः शूराः परमदर्पिताः ।
मार्गमाणाः परं यत्नं दानवानां प्रचक्रिरे ॥१४॥
14. kecidatra maheṣvāsāḥ śūrāḥ paramadarpitāḥ ,
mārgamāṇāḥ paraṁ yatnaṁ dānavānāṁ pracakrire.

14. Among them, some were great archers and brave heroes, who, though exceedingly proud, exerted their utmost efforts in searching for the Dānavas.
