महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-85, verse-6

ते वध्यमानाः पार्थेन हयमुत्सृज्य संभ्रमात् ।
न्यवर्तन्त महाराज शरवर्षार्दिता भृशम् ॥६॥
6. te vadhyamānāḥ pārthena hayamutsṛjya saṁbhramāt ,
nyavartanta mahārāja śaravarṣārditā bhṛśam.

6. O great king, those warriors, being attacked by Pārtha and greatly afflicted by a shower of arrows, abandoned their horses in bewilderment and retreated.
