श्रुतं वो वचनं वीराः सौहृदाद्यन्महात्मना ।
कुरूणां हितकामेन प्रोक्तं कृष्णेन धीमता ॥४॥

4. śrutaṁ vo vacanaṁ vīrāḥ sauhṛdādyanmahātmanā ,
kurūṇāṁ hitakāmena proktaṁ kṛṣṇena dhīmatā.

4. O heroes, you have heard those words which were spoken out of friendship by the great-souled, intelligent Kṛṣṇa, who desired the welfare of the Kurus.
