महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-98, verse-9

ब्राह्मणेष्वार्जवं यच्च स्थैर्यं च धरणीतले ।
सौम्यतां चैव सोमस्य गाम्भीर्यं वरुणस्य च ॥९॥
9. brāhmaṇeṣvārjavaṁ yacca sthairyaṁ ca dharaṇītale ,
saumyatāṁ caiva somasya gāmbhīryaṁ varuṇasya ca.
9. brāhmaṇeṣu ārjavam yat ca sthairyam ca dharaṇītale
saumyatām ca eva somasya gāmbhīryam varuṇasya ca
9. And the integrity that exists among brahmins, and the steadfastness on the earth; and indeed the gentleness of Soma, and the profundity of Varuṇa.
