महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-98, verse-10

दीप्तिमग्नेः प्रभां मेरोः प्रतापं तपनस्य च ।
एतान्यतिक्रमेद्यो वै स हन्याच्छरणागतम् ॥१०॥
10. dīptimagneḥ prabhāṁ meroḥ pratāpaṁ tapanasya ca ,
etānyatikramedyo vai sa hanyāccharaṇāgatam.
10. dīptim agneḥ prabhām meroḥ pratāpam tapanasya ca
etāni atikramet yaḥ vai saḥ hanyāt śaraṇāgatam
10. The brilliance of Agni, the radiance of Meru, and the majesty of the sun. Indeed, whoever violates these qualities, that person is considered to have killed a refugee.
