उपच्छन्नं प्रकाशं वा वृत्त्या तान्प्रतिपादय ।
राजसूयाश्वमेधाभ्यां श्रेयस्तत्क्षत्रियान्प्रति ॥१५॥

15. Whether openly or discreetly, you should provide them (the kshatriyas) with a means of livelihood. That (provision) for kshatriyas is superior to (performing) a royal consecration (rājasūya) or a horse Vedic ritual (aśvamedha).
