महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-21, verse-4

अथोपविष्टश्च यदा तस्मिन्भद्रासने तदा ।
स्नापयामास शनकैस्तमृषिं सुखहस्तवत् ।
दिव्यं च विधिवच्चक्रे सोपचारं मुनेस्तदा ॥४॥
4. athopaviṣṭaśca yadā tasminbhadrāsane tadā ,
snāpayāmāsa śanakaistamṛṣiṁ sukhahastavat ,
divyaṁ ca vidhivaccakre sopacāraṁ munestadā.
4. atha upaviṣṭaḥ ca yadā tasmin
bhadrāsane tadā snāpayāmāsa śanakaiḥ
tam ṛṣim sukhahastavat divyam ca
vidhivat cakre sopacāram muneḥ tadā
4. atha yadā upaviṣṭaḥ ca tasmin bhadrāsane
tadā (sā) śanakaiḥ tam ṛṣim
sukhahastavat snāpayāmāsa ca tadā
muneḥ divyam sopacāram vidhivat cakre
4. Then, when he was seated on that auspicious seat, she slowly bathed that sage (muni) with gentle hands. At that time, she also performed divine services for the sage, properly and with all due rites.
