महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-146, verse-19

एष एव श्मशानेषु देवो वसति नित्यशः ।
यजन्ते तं जनास्तत्र वीरस्थाननिषेविणम् ॥१९॥
19. eṣa eva śmaśāneṣu devo vasati nityaśaḥ ,
yajante taṁ janāstatra vīrasthānaniṣeviṇam.
