महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-304, verse-19

निवाते तु यथा दीपो ज्वलेत्स्नेहसमन्वितः ।
निश्चलोर्ध्वशिखस्तद्वद्युक्तमाहुर्मनीषिणः ॥१९॥
19. nivāte tu yathā dīpo jvaletsnehasamanvitaḥ ,
niścalordhvaśikhastadvadyuktamāhurmanīṣiṇaḥ.

19. Just as a lamp, well-supplied with oil, burns with a steady, upward flame in a windless place, so too do the wise (manīṣiṇaḥ) describe a person established in spiritual discipline (yoga).
