तदेवमुपशान्तेन दान्तेनैकान्तशीलिना ।
आत्मारामेण बुद्धेन योक्तव्योऽऽत्मा न संशयः ॥१२॥

12. Therefore, without doubt, the individual self (ātman) should be disciplined by an enlightened person who is tranquil, self-controlled, accustomed to solitude, and finds delight in the Self (ātman).
