तस्थुषं पुरुषं सत्त्वमभेद्यमजरामरम् ।

17. One should meditate upon the steadfast (puruṣa), the essence of being, indivisible, ageless and immortal, truly eternal and imperishable, the sovereign ruler, and the imperishable ultimate reality (brahman).
