महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-147, verse-14

तद्वै पारत्रिकं चारु ब्राह्मणानामकुप्यताम् ।
अथ चेत्तप्यसे पापैर्धर्मं चेदनुपश्यसि ॥१४॥
14. tadvai pāratrikaṁ cāru brāhmaṇānāmakupyatām ,
atha cettapyase pāpairdharmaṁ cedanupaśyasi.

atha cet tapyase pāpaiḥ dharmam cet anupaśyasi
