महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-111, verse-5

मातापित्रोश्च ये वृत्तिं वर्तन्ते धर्मकोविदाः ।
वर्जयन्ति दिवास्वप्नं दुर्गाण्यतितरन्ति ते ॥५॥
5. mātāpitrośca ye vṛttiṁ vartante dharmakovidāḥ ,
varjayanti divāsvapnaṁ durgāṇyatitaranti te.

varjayanti divāsvapnam durgāṇi atitaranti te

5. And those who, being experts in natural law (dharma), fulfill their duty (vṛtti) towards their mother and father, and avoid sleeping during the day, they overcome all difficulties.
