महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-111, verse-29

इति कृत्यसमुद्देशः कीर्तितस्ते मयानघ ।
संतरेद्येन दुर्गाणि परत्रेह च मानवः ॥२९॥
29. iti kṛtyasamuddeśaḥ kīrtitaste mayānagha ,
saṁtaredyena durgāṇi paratreha ca mānavaḥ.

santaret yena durgāṇi paratra iha ca mānavaḥ

29. O sinless one (anagha), this outline of duties has thus been explained to you by me, by means of which a human being may overcome obstacles both in this world and the next.
