महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-106, verse-15

आरम्भांश्चास्य महतो दुष्करांस्त्वं प्रयोजय ।
नदीबन्धविरोधांश्च बलवद्भिर्विरुध्यताम् ॥१५॥
15. ārambhāṁścāsya mahato duṣkarāṁstvaṁ prayojaya ,
nadībandhavirodhāṁśca balavadbhirvirudhyatām.

nadībandhavirodhān ca balavaddhiḥ virudhyatām
15. tvam asya mahataḥ duṣkarān ārambhān ca

15. You should cause him to undertake his great and difficult enterprises, as well as his river-damming obstructions. And let him be opposed by powerful individuals.
