महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-11, chapter-14, verse-16

हताश्वं नकुलं दृष्ट्वा वृषसेनेन संयुगे ।
भ्रातॄणां संप्रहृष्टानां त्रासः संजनितो मया ॥१६॥
16. hatāśvaṁ nakulaṁ dṛṣṭvā vṛṣasenena saṁyuge ,
bhrātṝṇāṁ saṁprahṛṣṭānāṁ trāsaḥ saṁjanito mayā.

16. When I saw Nakula, whose horses had been slain by Vṛṣasena in battle, I instilled fear into the hearts of the (Kaurava) brothers, who had been greatly delighted.
