महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-11, chapter-10, verse-2

ते तु दृष्ट्वैव राजानं प्रज्ञाचक्षुषमीश्वरम् ।

2. But they, having seen the king, the lord possessing the eye of wisdom (prajñācakṣus), sighed deeply. With throats choked with tears, they spoke this to him, who was himself weeping.
