महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-8, verse-17

सा दष्टा सहसा भूमौ पतिता गतचेतना ।
व्यसुरप्रेक्षणीयापि प्रेक्षणीयतमाकृतिः ॥१७॥
17. sā daṣṭā sahasā bhūmau patitā gatacetanā ,
vyasuraprekṣaṇīyāpi prekṣaṇīyatamākṛtiḥ.

vyasuḥ aprekṣaṇīyā api prekṣaṇīyatamākṛtiḥ
17. Bitten, she suddenly fell to the ground, unconscious and lifeless. Though her form was inherently most beautiful, she was now in a state not to be looked upon.
