योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-126, verse-17

ततो देहं परित्यज्य चित्ते सत्तामुपागते ।
स तत्प्राण इवाकाशं परं निर्वाणमाययौ ॥ १७ ॥

tato dehaṃ parityajya citte sattāmupāgate ,
sa tatprāṇa ivākāśaṃ paraṃ nirvāṇamāyayau 17

17. Then, having abandoned the body, and with his consciousness (citta) having attained supreme existence, he achieved ultimate liberation (nirvāṇa) just as his vital breath merges into space.
