योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-15, verse-5

कल्पानलशिखादाहं सोढुं शक्ता हरादयः ।
तृष्णानलशिखादाहं सोढुं शक्ता न केचन ॥ ५ ॥
kalpānalaśikhādāhaṃ soḍhuṃ śaktā harādayaḥ ,
tṛṣṇānalaśikhādāhaṃ soḍhuṃ śaktā na kecana 5
5. kalpānalaśikhādāham soḍhum śaktāḥ hara ādayaḥ
tṛṣṇānalaśikhādāham soḍhum śaktāḥ na kecana
5. hara ādayaḥ kalpānalaśikhādāham soḍhum śaktāḥ.

5. Shiva and other deities are capable of enduring the burning of the flames of the cosmic fire (at the end of a kalpa). But no one is able to endure the burning of the flames of the fire of craving (tṛṣṇā).
