वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-69, verse-20

सो ऽहं भगवतः श्रुत्वा देवदेवस्य निश्चयम् ।
आहारं गर्हितं कुर्मि स्वशरीरं द्विजोत्तम ॥२०॥
20. so'haṃ bhagavataḥ śrutvā devadevasya niścayam ,
āhāraṃ garhitaṃ kurmi svaśarīraṃ dvijottama.

āhāram garhitam kurmi svaśarīram dvijottama
