वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-69, verse-15

स्वशरीरं त्वया पुष्टं कुर्वता तप उत्तमम् ।
अनुप्तं रोहते श्वेत न कदा चिन्महामते ॥१५॥
15. svaśarīraṃ tvayā puṣṭaṃ kurvatā tapa uttamam ,
anuptaṃ rohate śveta na kadā cinmahāmate.
