वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-69, verse-17

स त्वं सुपुष्टमाहारैः स्वशरीरमनुत्तमम् ।
भक्षयस्वामृतरसं सा ते तृप्तिर्भविष्यति ॥१७॥
17. sa tvaṃ supuṣṭamāhāraiḥ svaśarīramanuttamam ,
bhakṣayasvāmṛtarasaṃ sā te tṛptirbhaviṣyati.
