वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-1, chapter-46, verse-9

एवं तौ निश्चयं कृत्वा मातापुत्रौ तपोवने ।
जग्मतुस्त्रिदिवं राम कृतार्थाविति नः श्रुतम् ॥९॥
9. evaṃ tau niścayaṃ kṛtvā mātāputrau tapovane ,
jagmatustridivaṃ rāma kṛtārthāviti naḥ śrutam.
9. evam tau niścayam kṛtvā mātāputrau tapovane
jagmatuḥ tridivam rāma kṛtārthau iti naḥ śrutam
9. rāma tau mātāputrau evam tapovane niścayam
kṛtvā kṛtārthau tridivam jagmatuḥ iti naḥ śrutam
9. O Rama, having thus made a decision in the hermitage, that mother and son, having accomplished their purpose, went to heaven. This is what we have heard.
