परतो दशकं यावत् निर्धना भारवासकाः ।
स्त्रीपुत्रगृहहीनाश्च जायन्ते मनुजा भुवि ॥९॥

When there are ten rays, human beings on earth become impoverished, burdened, and without wives, sons, or homes.
