बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-73, verse-22

सर्वेषामेव खेटानामेवं रश्मिवशाद्द्विज ।
शुभं वाऽप्यशुभं चापि फलं भवति देहिनाम् ॥२२॥
22. sarveṣāmeva kheṭānāmevaṃ raśmivaśāddvija .
śubhaṃ vā'pyaśubhaṃ cāpi phalaṃ bhavati dehinām.
22. sarveṣām eva kheṭānām evam raśmivaśāt dvija śubham
vā api aśubham ca api phalam bhavati dehinām
22. O twice-born (dvija), thus, it is by the power of the rays of all planets that either auspicious or inauspicious results manifest for embodied beings.
