विरश्मयो भवन्त्येवं ज्ञेयाः स्पष्टकरा द्विज ।
रश्मियोगवशादेवं फलं वाच्यं विचक्षणैः ॥७॥

If stellar planets (grahas), excluding Saturn (śani) and Venus (śukra), are combust, they become rayless. O twice-born (dvija), thus the specific rays should be known. In this way, discerning astrologers should declare the results based on the combined influence of these rays.
