आस्तिकाय प्रदतव्यं ततः श्रेयो ह्यवाप्स्यति ॥७॥

This [knowledge] should be imparted to one who is peaceful, devoted to their spiritual teacher (guru), always truthful, and devout. From this, indeed, one will achieve well-being.
