बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-1, verse-14

शक्तिस्तृतीया या प्राक्ता नीलाख्या ध्वान्तरूपिणी ।
वासुदेवश्चतुर्थोऽभूच्छ्रीशक्त्या प्रेरितो यदा ॥१४॥
