पितर्युपरते विप्र सोऽधिराज्ये स्थितो नृपः ।
स बलाश्वो वशं निन्ये भुवि सर्वमहीक्षितः ॥९॥

9. pitaryuparate vipra so'dhirājye sthito nṛpaḥ .

O Brahmin, when his father passed away, that king was established on the throne. Balaśva brought all the kings on earth under his control.
