महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-4, verse-3

बलदेवस्य वाक्यं तु मम ज्ञाने न युज्यते ।
एतद्धि पुरुषेणाग्रे कार्यं सुनयमिच्छता ॥३॥
3. baladevasya vākyaṁ tu mama jñāne na yujyate ,
etaddhi puruṣeṇāgre kāryaṁ sunayamicchatā.

etat hi puruṣeṇa agre kāryam sunayam icchātā
3. However, Baladeva's statement does not seem appropriate according to my understanding. For this is indeed the primary action to be taken by a person desiring sound policy.
