महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-40, verse-20

योऽयं काञ्चनसंनाहः पार्ष्णिं वहति शोभनः ।
वामं सैन्यस्य मन्ये तं जवेन बलवत्तरम् ॥२०॥
20. yo'yaṁ kāñcanasaṁnāhaḥ pārṣṇiṁ vahati śobhanaḥ ,
vāmaṁ sainyasya manye taṁ javena balavattaram.
20. yaḥ ayam kāñcanasaṃnāhaḥ pārṣṇim vahati śobhanaḥ
vāmam sainyasya manye tam javena balavattaram
20. I consider this splendid horse, adorned with golden armor, which pulls the rear flank of the army to the left, to be very powerful in speed.
