महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-6, verse-9

समाहूतः केनचिदाद्रवेति नाहं शक्तो भीमसेनापयातुम् ।
गाण्डीवे वा संशयिते कथंचिद्राज्यप्राप्तिः संशयिता भवेन्नः ॥९॥
9. samāhūtaḥ kenacidādraveti; nāhaṁ śakto bhīmasenāpayātum ,
gāṇḍīve vā saṁśayite kathaṁci;drājyaprāptiḥ saṁśayitā bhavennaḥ.
9. samāhūtaḥ kenacit ā drava iti na
aham śaktaḥ bhīmasena apayātum
| gāṇḍīve vā saṃśayite kathaṃcit
rājyaprāptiḥ saṃśayitā bhavet naḥ
9. When summoned by someone with the command 'Come quickly!', I am not able to depart, O Bhīmasena. Moreover, if (my bow) Gaṇḍīva were somehow rendered uncertain (in its efficacy), then our acquisition of the kingdom would also become doubtful.
