महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-271, verse-22

महता शरवर्षेण राक्षसौ सोऽभ्यवर्षत ।
तौ चापि वीरौ संक्रुद्धावुभौ तौ समवर्षताम् ॥२२॥
22. mahatā śaravarṣeṇa rākṣasau so'bhyavarṣata ,
tau cāpi vīrau saṁkruddhāvubhau tau samavarṣatām.
22. mahatā śaravarṣeṇa rākṣasau saḥ abhyavarṣata tau
ca api vīrau saṃkruddhau ubhau tau samavarṣatām
22. He showered the two rākṣasas with a mighty barrage of arrows. And those two enraged heroes, both of them, showered (arrows) back upon him.
