महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-139, verse-24

आश्रमस्तस्य पुण्योऽयं सदापुष्पफलद्रुमः ।
अत्रोष्य राजशार्दूल सर्वपापैः प्रमोक्ष्यसे ॥२४॥
24. āśramastasya puṇyo'yaṁ sadāpuṣpaphaladrumaḥ ,
atroṣya rājaśārdūla sarvapāpaiḥ pramokṣyase.

atra uṣya rājaśārdūla sarvapāpaiḥ pramokṣyase
24. This sacred hermitage (āśrama) of his is always adorned with trees bearing flowers and fruits. By residing here, O best of kings, you will be freed from all sins.
