महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-15, chapter-12, verse-6

उत्साहप्रभुशक्तिभ्यां मन्त्रशक्त्या च भारत ।
उपपन्नो नरो यायाद्विपरीतमतोऽन्यथा ॥६॥
6. utsāhaprabhuśaktibhyāṁ mantraśaktyā ca bhārata ,
upapanno naro yāyādviparītamato'nyathā.

6. bhārata utsāhaprabhuśaktibhyām mantraśaktyā ca

6. O Bhārata, a man endowed with the power of energy (utsāhaśakti), sovereign power (prabhuśakti), and the power of counsel (mantraśakti) should undertake the expedition. Otherwise, the opposite of this is to be done.
