वैशंपायन उवाच ।
श्रूयतां राजशार्दूल महदाश्चर्यमुत्तमम् ।
अश्वमेधे महायज्ञे निवृत्ते यदभूद्विभो ॥२॥

śrūyatāṁ rājaśārdūla mahadāścaryamuttamam ,
aśvamedhe mahāyajñe nivṛtte yadabhūdvibho.
