महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-78, verse-23

शितिकण्ठमनड्वाहं सर्वरत्नैरलंकृतम् ।
दत्त्वा प्रजापतेर्लोकान्विशोकः प्रतिपद्यते ॥२३॥
23. śitikaṇṭhamanaḍvāhaṁ sarvaratnairalaṁkṛtam ,
dattvā prajāpaterlokānviśokaḥ pratipadyate.

23. By donating a blue-throated bull, adorned with all jewels, a person becomes free from sorrow and attains the realms of Prajāpati (prajāpati).
