महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-137, verse-18

कथितं ह्यनया सत्यं गायत्र्या कन्यया दिवि ।
विजेष्याम्यवशान्सर्वान्ब्राह्मणांश्चर्मवाससः ॥१८॥
18. kathitaṁ hyanayā satyaṁ gāyatryā kanyayā divi ,
vijeṣyāmyavaśānsarvānbrāhmaṇāṁścarmavāsasaḥ.
18. kathitam hi anayā satyam gāyatryā kanyayā divi
vijesyāmi avaśān sarvān brāhmaṇān carmavāsasaḥ
18. Indeed, this truth has been declared by this maiden Gāyatrī in heaven: 'I will conquer all the powerless Brahmins who wear deerskins.'
