महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-249, verse-18

तामाहूय तदा देवो लोकानामादिरीश्वरः ।
मृत्यो इति महीपाल जहि चेमाः प्रजा इति ॥१८॥
18. tāmāhūya tadā devo lokānāmādirīśvaraḥ ,
mṛtyo iti mahīpāla jahi cemāḥ prajā iti.
18. tām āhūya tadā devaḥ lokānām ādiḥ īśvaraḥ
mṛtyo iti mahīpāla jahi ca imāḥ prajāḥ iti
18. tadā devaḥ lokānām ādiḥ īśvaraḥ tām āhūya
mṛtyo iti mahīpāla jahi ca imāḥ prajāḥ iti
18. Then, the God, the primordial Lord (īśvara) of the worlds, having summoned her, said, 'O Death! (O king!), destroy these beings!'
