महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-208, verse-8

तस्मात्समाहितं बुद्ध्या मनो भूतेषु धारयेत् ।
नापध्यायेन्न स्पृहयेन्नाबद्धं चिन्तयेदसत् ॥८॥
8. tasmātsamāhitaṁ buddhyā mano bhūteṣu dhārayet ,
nāpadhyāyenna spṛhayennābaddhaṁ cintayedasat.
8. tasmāt samāhitam buddhyā manaḥ bhūteṣu dhārayet na
apadhyāyet na spṛhayet na ābaddham cintayet asat
