येन तन्त्रमयं तन्त्रं वृत्तिः स्यात्तत्तदाचरेत् ॥२०॥

Or, if one should not (or cannot) remain inactive, one should undertake (practices) through the systems of yoga (yoga). Whichever structured system (tantram), being a comprehensive methodology (tantramayam), becomes one's (chosen) way of life (vṛttiḥ), that very one he should then practice.
