महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-17, verse-19

प्रज्ञाप्रासादमारुह्य नशोच्याञ्शोचतो जनान् ।
जगतीस्थानिवाद्रिस्थो मन्दबुद्धीनवेक्षते ॥१९॥
