महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-54, verse-7

जनमेजयस्य राजर्षेः स तद्यज्ञसदस्तदा ।
विवेश शिष्यैः सहितो वेदवेदाङ्गपारगैः ॥७॥
7. janamejayasya rājarṣeḥ sa tadyajñasadastadā ,
viveśa śiṣyaiḥ sahito vedavedāṅgapāragaiḥ.

viveśa śiṣyaiḥ sahitaḥ vedavedāṅgapāragaiḥ
7. Then, he, accompanied by his disciples who had mastered the Vedas and their auxiliary branches (Vedangas), entered that sacrificial assembly of the royal sage Janamejaya.
